What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is looking for a qualified Accounting Manager to assist Finance Leadership in enhancing our global finance function, built on scalability. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for continuous improvement, a curious mind and thrive in a collaborative, team-centric environment.   • Assist in direction and guidance to the Accounting team as they perform their duties to ensure timely, accurate and consistent delivery
  • Review for accuracy the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements. Prepare adjusting journal entries for review/approval
  • Serve as liaison between Finance & FP&A to ensure proper dataflow & mapping of critical financial data across Salesforce, Netsuite & Anaplan
  • Assist in preparing balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
  • Engage with Operations on topics impacting departmental & organizational financial results
  • Assist with annual financial statements and financial controls external audit
  • Monitor and analyze department work to improve and develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Partner with Finance Leadership to coordinate/communicate with cross-functions and C-Suite on operational needs and accounting issues
  • Participate in various business processes and technology integration initiatives

What really gets us excited about you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a mix of public and private accounting, preferably within a tech/SaaS revenue model
  • CPA (or international equivalent) preferred
  • Proficiency in application of US GAAP
  • NetSuite and Anaplan experience a strong plus
  • Ability to strategically approach challenges in a creative manner while prioritizing multiple deadlines and responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-departmentally with multiple areas of a large organization
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • You are a team player and like to have fun!

Salary for this role ranges between $95,000 – 110,000 based on skill set and experience
