Overview

Summary

The Accounts Receivable Adjustments Analyst is responsible for creating and processing customer credit memos and subledger adjustments for all invoice types. This position requires an independent thinker who is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast paced environment.  It also works with customers and colleagues at all organization levels  handling multiple, ongoing projects in a timely and accurate manner. The position requires an individual that is process driven, customer service oriented, very organized and pays high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions        

  • Generates, posts, and applies credit requests after validating appropriateness of request and all internal approval processes are executed per policy
  • Submits customer facing Credit Memos to customers
  • Gathers and produces internal process documentation for all functions
  • Communicates adjustments made with internal AR team members

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responds to customer (internal & external) inquiries as needed or deemed appropriate

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree in Accounting or Business-related field
  • 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in a complex environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, NetSuite, Alert.net, and ConnectWise
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization skills

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous business experience in a sales or telecommunications environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of billing processes of hardware/software product, maintenance, managed and professional services

Pay Range

$65,000 – $80,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
