Job Title: Pricing Analyst III
Location: HQ – Remote
Salary Range: $84,000 – $126,000
SUMMARY
Agile Defense is seeking a highly motivated Senior Pricing Analyst to support the Financial Services department.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Senior Pricing Analyst in Reston, VA. Develop and negotiate price/cost proposals in accordance with the Government regulations and have the ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and diverse workload.
·       Analyze, prepare and support price/cost proposals in accordance with the Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) schedules and other contract vehicles regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), SCA/Wage Determination requirements as well as CONUS/OCONUS labor laws for all contract types.
·       Respond to Evaluation Notice (EN) and Final Proposal Revision (FPR) inquiries when necessary.
·       Review contracts upon award or modifications, ensure conformance to submitted pricing proposal and payment schedule.
·       Support DCAA audits as applicable.
·       Perform analysis of costs and associated data for proposals ensuring compliance with all DCAA requirements.
·       Perform appropriate cost/price analysis and fill in other documentation as needed to ensure compliance with DCMA Approved Contracting Purchasing System.
·       Maintain the GSA and other applicable price lists/schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Background, and Years of Experience
·       BS in Financial related field preferred, 5Y+ pricing experience in government contracting world
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
·       Familiar/ has experience with all the aspects of the pricing proposal process (pricing strategy, Price Volume development/review, internal P&L financial models)
·       Proficient in MS Office (specially excel & word)
·       Familiar with pricing related FAR clauses, various contract vehicles
·       Experience with all contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M)

WORKING CONDITIONS

Environmental Conditions
·       Agile Defense HQ office in Reston, VA or remotely. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Strength Demands
·       Light – 20 lbs. Maximum lifting with frequent lift/carry up to 10 lbs.  A job is light if less lifting is involved but significant walking/standing is done or if done mostly sitting but requires push/pull on arm or leg controls.
