The M&A Staff Accountant will be assisting the Accounting Supervisor with successfully onboarding and integration of new acquisitions.

Your Impact:

• Assist M&A Corporate Accounting Supervisor with leading acquisition onboarding meetings
• Work with acquisition offices to understand workflow and make recommendations to improve and streamline processes
• Support acquisition offices in coding expenses to corporate general ledger codes used in proforma uploads as well prepare uploads of historical financial results
• Review, research, and deep dive into acquisition financial information
• Various ad hoc request relating to onboarding and integrating new acquisitions

Successful Candidate will Have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience; Accounting degree required
• Knowledge of D365 a plus
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, challenging work environment

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $70,000.00 – $85,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
